To My Irish Readers
HAPPY ST. PATRICK’S DAY
May you always have,
A sunbeam to warm you
Good Luck to charm you,
And a sheltering angel
So, nothing can harm you.
Laughter to cheer you,
Faithful friends near you
And, whenever you pray,
Heaven to hear you.
“May the Road Rise Up to Meet You, may the wind be always at your back, may the sun shine warm upon your face, the rain fall soft upon your fields, And until we meet again, may God hold you in the palm of His hand.” An Irish Blessing. Click to Tweet
Well, pinch me if it isn’t Saint Paddy’s day! We used to sing the Irish Blessing to the students graduating from the school where I worked for years. Thanks for bringing back memories, and adding to them.
