Commas are the bane of my writing existence. It’s amazing how one tiny, squiggly, thingamajig (okay, punctuation mark) can create such havoc. If you don’t believe me consider the following:

As an author, an editor, and a former English teacher I share your frustration with the comma. However, I found humor in most of the errors that crossed my path in all three careers. “Time to eat Grandma!” is a favorite. Thanks for sharing.
